What sizes are the travel bags ?
Standard size is 55 cm (21,6’’) by 30 cm (12’’) diameter which gives about 38 litres volume capacity.
The biggest bags we can make are 70 cm long and 30 cm wide.
On request we can produce other sizes as long as they keep the round shape style.
Are the items guaranteed?
Yes, we can afford to give a 10 year guarantee on all items thanks to the quality of leather and the hardware. Under normal use our items will last far longer than that.
Is leather an acceptable material nowadays?
We are personally very committed to ecological values in regards to sustainability.
Our leather producer is carbon neutral certified about its use of energy, and all the parts we use are made in Europe, which avoids unnecessary worldwide transport.
Leather itself is a very long lasting material which, unlike cheap materials, doesn't create a lot of waste.
Leather is probably one the most sustainable materials you can use to make luggage or accessories.
What is the production delay?
If you stay within the usual colour ranges, your item will usually be ready 2 weeks after the order is confirmed. If a special colour is required it can take 2-3 weeks more.
What can be put in the travel bag's front white circle?
In standard form, 1 or 2 characters can be chosen to be sewn from a leather cut. If you wish for more characters or a special logo, the technique used becomes embroidery.
In standard form we usually put a number, but we have very often been asked to put a car logo, personal initials etc.
I am in UK, will have tax to pay at the reception?
If you order from UK, we will send a quote which Include all the fees to pay till delivery so you don’t have any bad surprise, as we work with the same courrier company we can calculate all fees exactly before to send you quote.
